What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase a "Pay as you go" credit package at any time, or upgrade your subscription plan to receive a higher monthly allowance.
Do credits expire?
Yes, all credits have an expiration period. "Pay as you go" credits are valid for 1 year from purchase, while monthly subscription credits are valid for the current billing cycle.
Is the payment a one-time charge or a subscription?
We offer both options. You can make a one-time purchase for credit packages, or subscribe to a monthly/yearly plan for better rates and subscriber-only features.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all payments are securely processed by Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
